Grow Your Pest Control Business
Criticalproperly Pest Control is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Palo Alto area with independent providers. If you run your own pest or wildlife business, you can ask to join our network.
This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees. We work with independent contractors who run their own companies and do their own work.
Who We Are Looking For
We want providers who treat homeowners well. That can include:
- Pest control companies for ants, roaches, spiders, crickets, and bed bugs
- Termite treatment businesses
- Rodent and wildlife removal businesses
You can be a small shop or a larger firm. What matters is that you do the job well and explain it clearly.
What We Expect
Homeowners come to us worried. They need calm, honest help. So we ask every provider to:
- Hold the licenses and permits your state requires
- Carry the insurance that fits your work
- Give written quotes and explain them in plain words
- Tell homeowners what products and methods you plan to use
- Offer follow-up advice, so the problem does not return
- Answer requests politely and keep your word on timing
We also expect honest talk. Do not promise what you cannot do. Do not pressure homeowners.
How to Apply
Send a short email to contact@criticalproperly.property. Tell us:
- Your business name and the services you offer
- The towns you cover
- Your license details, where your state requires them
- A way for us to reach you
We read each note. If your business looks like a fit, we will write back with next steps. Joining depends on fit and on need in each area, so we cannot promise a spot.
How the Network Works for You
Homeowners send requests. We pass them to providers who match the job and the location. You decide if you want the job. You set your own price and schedule. Any fee for referrals is explained before you agree to join.
