How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent provider. That is a local pest or wildlife business that is part of our network. Criticalproperly Pest Control does not do the work, so the provider is the one who looks at your home, gives the quote, and does the job.

Each provider runs its own business. Each sets its own prices, schedule, and methods. That is why it helps to ask good questions.

What Happens After You Reach Out

First, you send a request or call. Tell the basics. What pest is it? Where in the home do you see it? How long has it gone on?

Next, a provider in our network gets in touch. Timing varies by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.

Then the provider asks a few questions. Many will visit your home to look. They explain what they found and what they suggest. After that, you get a quote.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions get clear answers. Try these:

  • Are you licensed for this work in my state? Can I see proof?
  • Do you carry insurance? What does it cover?
  • What exactly is the problem, and how did you find it?
  • What products or methods will you use? Are they safe for kids and pets?
  • What is the full price, in writing? What could change it?
  • What do I need to do before and after the visit?
  • What follow-up is included? How do I keep this from coming back?

A good answer is short and plain. It names the pest, the plan, and the price. It does not rush you.

Red Flags

Be careful if a provider:

  • Will not give a written quote
  • Pushes you to sign on the spot
  • Cannot say what product they use
  • Offers a big promise with no details
  • Will not show a license when you ask

You can say no and ask another provider.

You Are in Control

A request does not lock you in. You can compare quotes. You can ask for time to think. You can end the talk at any point. There is no obligation.

Costs vary by job. A written quote is the only price that counts.
