How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Criticalproperly Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Criticalproperly Pest Control
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Know the limits, though. Criticalproperly Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make choices for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in California.
How to File
Email contact@criticalproperly.property. Please include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
